Coronavirus is the most talked about topic of the present time. In fact, corona virus are a large family of viruses. These viruses cause various diseases. Of these, COVID-19 is the most terrifying. This malady is very contagious. It was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. Gradually it has spread to almost all countries of the world. As a result, millions of people are being infected and many are dying. Bangladesh is also severely affected by this anger. Some of the common symptoms of this disease are fever, cough, muscle aches, fatigue and breathing problems. The corona virus can easily enter the human body through the eyes, mouth and nose. The virus is spread when an affected person sneezes, coughs or exhales. If a healthy person comes in contact with the virus, he becomes infected. Resistance is the best way in this case. If a person is infected by any chance, he must be kept separate. He should be given all kinds of health and mental support. He needs to take balanced diet regularly. If we want to protect ourselves from this monsterous virus, we must adhere to personal hygiene and social distance. We have to wash our hands again and again with soap. We also need to use hand sanitizer. If we go to a crowded place, we have to use a mask. We had to maintain a safe distance with others. We need to activate our T cells and stay in the sun for some time for vitamin D. We must ensure these preventive measures. Only then we will be able to protect ourselves from this terrible virus.
